Crystal care
K9 optical crystal is heirloom-durable. Display the crystal away from direct sunlight on a bookshelf, mantel, or bedside table. Dust gently once a month with the included microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a soft cloth with a small amount of glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth (never directly onto the crystal). Keep away from extreme heat or harsh chemicals. The engraved portrait is inside the glass, so it will not fade or scratch even if the outer surface gathers dust over the years.
Production and shipping
Standard production takes 5–7 business days. Express production is available at checkout for 1–2 business days, which we strongly recommend for memorial orders being given at a service or a specific date. We ship from our Las Vegas studio with full tracking via UPS/FedEx. Domestic U.S. shipping is included on most orders. International shipping calculated at checkout for most countries.
